1. `What is the Cisangkan KBP City Run and Cisangkan KBP Speedy Kids 2025?

  • This year marks the third edition of the KBP City Run in Kota Baru Parahyangan (KBP), West Bandung. It holds special significance as it coincides with the 25th anniversary of KBP and the 50th anniversary of Cisangkan Group
  • Cisangkan Group, or PT Cisangkan, is a leading Indonesian precast concrete manufacturing company established in 1974, renowned for its innovation and quality. The company has been a long-standing partner of KBP, and this collaboration is further strengthened through this running event.
  • The collaborative concept is encapsulated in the tagline “Run the Celebration!”, inviting the community to run together in a spirit of health, synergy, and gratitude for the achievements thus far.
2. What is the format of the Cisangkan KBP City Run and Cisangkan KBP Speedy Kids 2025?

This is an in-person (offline) event open to the public, including international participants. It features open categories as well as master and children's divisions.

3. When will the event take place?

The event is scheduled for Saturday, September 6, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM WIB (Western Indonesia Time).

4. Where is the event venue?

  • The race will be held in the Bumi Hejo area of Kota Baru Parahyangan, West Bandung
  • The running course will be set within the KBP area.
5. What categories are available?

There are three main race categories:

  • 10K
    • Open
    • Master 40+ & 50+
  • 5K

    • Pelajar/Satria
  • Cisangkan KBP Speedy Kids
    • Cikal 400m (ages 9–12)
    • Gumilang 300m (ages 6–8)

6. Who can participate in the race?

  • The race is open to both Indonesian citizens (WNI) and foreign nationals (WNA).
  • Participants must be between 3 and 70 years old.
7. Can foreign participants win the race?

  • Yes, as the event is open, both Indonesian and foreign participants are eligible to win.
  • Terms and conditions apply regarding work visas for foreign nationals.
8. What forms of identification are required for participation?

  • Indonesian citizens can register using their National Identification Number (NIK), Identity Card (KTP), or Indonesian passport.
  • Foreign nationals can register using their passport or Limited Stay Permit Card (KITAS).

B. REGISTRATION

1. Where can I register?

Registration information can be accessed via the official website cisangkankbpcityrun.com, also available through the link in the bio of the official Instagram account@cisangkankbpcityrun.

2. When can I register?
  • Registration opens on May 23rd, 2025, and will close as soon as the quota is filled or no later than the end of July 2025, if slots are still available.
  • As slots are limited, we recommend registering as early as possible. The registration system will automatically lock when race tickets are sold out.
3. What are the registration fees?
  • 10K Rp 350.000
  • 5K Rp 250.000
  • KBP Speedy Kids Rp 100.000
4. Who is eligible to register?
  • All 10K and 5K categories are open to participants aged 13 to 70 years.
  • KBP Speedy Kids category is open to children aged 3 to 12 years.
  • Participants over 60 years old are advised to bring a medical certificate from a doctor or health institution.
  • Participants under 18 years old must provide a Parental Consent Form, which can be filled out at the Race Pack Collection.
  • • Children under 13 (ages 5–12) not registering for the KBP Speedy Kids category may only join the 5K category and must submit a written Parental Consent Form during Race Pack Collection. These children will not be eligible for podium prizes.
  • Please note: Due to limited slots, registering early increases your chances of securing a place in the event.
5. Is there a refund if I cancel my registration?
  • No refunds will be given for any cancellation, whether during the registration period, at Race Pack Collection, or on Race Day, regardless of the reason.
  • Cancelled participants are not entitled to receive the race pack.
  • Participants must ensure that they do not make double payments on one ID registration, either intentionally or through negligence.
  • Please avoid making double payments under the same registration ID. In case of duplicate payment, the organizers will contact the participant during data validation. If verified, a refund can be requested.
  • An administrative fee of Rp 15,000 will be deducted from the refunded amount for processing.
6. Can the race bib number be transferred to another person?
  • No. Bib numbers are non-transferable under any circumstances. The organizer will not be responsible for any bib number used by a person whose data does not match the official records.
  • Race facilities and podium prizes are only valid for the rightful bib owner, proven with valid identification.
7. How will I know my registration is successful?
  • Participants will receive a confirmation email at their registered email address within 1x24 hours after completing registration.
  • Once the registration is successfully completed, your name and bib number will appear on the official participant list.
8. What if I haven’t received the registration confirmation email?
  • If you haven’t received the confirmation email within 1x24 hours, first check your spam or junk folder
  • If it’s still missing, contact the organizer via WhatsApp Chat (Monday–Sunday) at +62 877-0210-2016 during operational hours (09:00–18:00 WIB).
  • Double-check your registered email address for typos.
  • We recommend using a standard email address (avoid unusual characters or punctuation) to ensure successful delivery
  • Make sure your email address is correct and accurate to avoid such issues.
  • For group registrations, the confirmation email will only be sent to the main registrant. Each participant will later receive their individual Race Pack Collection (RPC) email.

9. What happens if I haven’t completed the payment?
  • For Tier I registrants, payment must be completed within 1 hour of registrationr.
  • For regular registrants, payment must be completed within 1x24 hours
  • If payment is not made within the specified time, your name and data will be deleted from the system, and you will need to register again if you still wish to participate
10. What if I don’t have an ID card (KTP)?

Participants under 17 years old may use a student card or provide a parent’s KTP or driver’s license (SIM).

C. RUNNER FACILITIES

1. Will the participant bib include a timing chip?
  • Yes, each participant bib in all running categories will be embedded with a timing chip to record each participant's net time.
  • Checkpoints will also be provided to support accurate timing records. Race results will be published on cisangkankbpcityrun.com and other links to be announced.
  • CCTV cameras will be placed at several key points to ensure data accuracy, especially for determining winners and podium finishers.

3. Is there any baggage drop facility?
  1. Yes, a baggage drop facility is available. Participants may drop off items starting from 15:00 WIB or before the race begins.

Yes, refreshments will be available after the finish line, including mineral water, isotonic drinks, and bananas.

5. Will finishers receive medals?
  • Yes, finishers who complete the race within the Cut-Off Time (COT) will receive a finisher medal.
  • Participants are advised to pay close attention to their category’s COT to avoid missing out on the medal.

Yes, participants will receive a link to access the race results. The exact link will be announced via the official media channels and will be available on thecisangkankbpcityrun.comwebsite.

o Yes, photo tagging will be available. Participants can access their event photos by entering their bib number on a link that will be announced later. Photos will be uploaded progressively from the start of the event.

D. RACE REGULATIONS

1. What are the criteria for becoming a winner in this race?
  • Winners are determined based on the fastest arrival time at the finish line (gun time) within each category.
  • Participants must have valid registration data, with matching bib numbers and participant information.
  • Each distance category (10K and 5K) includes Open and Master (40+ and 50+) divisions
  • The top five fastest runners in each category will be recognized.
  • For the Speedy Kids category, winners will be selected based on their respective age groups.
2. Are there special categories in this race?
Yes, special categories include:
  • Master Category: For participants aged 40+ and 50+ as of race day.
  • Speedy Kids: For children aged 3–12 years.
  • Satria: For students aged 13–18 years.
3. What factors can lead to disqualification?
Disqualification may occur if you:
  • Has mismatched data or uses another person's bib.
  • Manipulates registration information.
  • Takes shortcuts on the course.
  • Fails to collect checkpoint markers provided along the route.
  • Uses prohibited aids such as wheelchairs, roller skates, or other wheeled devices
  • Employs unauthorized pacers that interfere with other runners.
4. What are the age limits for participants?
  1. For the 10K and 5K categories, participants must be between 13 and 70 years old.
  2. Children under 13 can participate in the Speedy Kids category.
  3. Children under 13 participating in the 5K category are not eligible for awards.
  4. Participants under 18 must provide a Parental Consent Form and be accompanied by a registered adult.
  5. Participants over 60 are advised to present a medical certificate.
  6. Participants aged 50 and above are encouraged to take the PAR-Q Test during race pack collection.
5. Are pets allowed?

No, bringing pets is prohibited to ensure the safety and comfort of all participants.

6. What is the race schedule?

  • Participants should arrive at the start line 30 minutes before their scheduled start time.

  • 10K: 2 hours
  • 5K: 1,5 hour
8. Are assistive devices allowed?
  • The use of bicycles, skateboards, roller skates, motor vehicles, or any wheeled or non-wheeled assistive devices is prohibited.
  • This restriction does not apply to participants with special needs (Insan Berkemampuan Khusus - IBK).
9. Can I bring a stroller?

No, strollers or running with children without bib number on the racecourse are not allowed to ensure safety.

10. What do I receive upon completing the race?

Participants who finish within the designated cut-off time will receive a finisher medal for all categories.

11. What are the start time and cut-off time rules?
  • A start time limit of 10 minutes applies for both 10K and 5K categories.
  • Participants who start after this window will be disqualified (Did Not Start - DNS).iizinkan start atau Did Not Start (DNS).
  • Exceeding the cut-off time will result in disqualification (Did Not Finish - DNF).
12. Is this a trail run or road race?

This is a road race conducted entirely on paved roads.

13. What if I cannot finish the race?
  • Medical assistance and ambulances are available for injured or ill participants.
  • Participants exceeding the cut-off time will be transported to the finish area.
  • Those who do not start or finish the race will not receive a finisher medal.

E. RACEPACK COLLECTION / RPC

1. When and where is the race pack collection?
  • Date: Thursday& Friday, September 4-5th 2025.
  • Time: Pukul 10.00-19.00 WIB
  • Location: Marketing Gallery, Kota Baru Parahyangan
    Bumi Indraprasta - Home and Living Centre, Jalan Panyawangan Kav. 6-B No.6, Kertajaya, Padalarang, West Bandung, West Java 40553
2. Can someone else collect my race pack?
  • Yes, a representative can collect the race pack by presenting a soft copy or hard copy of the race pack collection email, a copy of the participant's ID, and their own official ID, along with a signed authorization letter with a duty stamp (free format). Alternatively, they may use the official authorization form provided in the race pack email (sent closer to RPC day).
  • Each representative may only collect race packs for up to 5 participants.
3. Can I collect my race pack after the RPC days or on race day?

No, race pack collection is not available on race day.

4. What happens if I don’t collect my race pack?
  • Participants who fail to collect their race pack during the designated time and date forfeit their entitlement to the race pack and race participation.
  • Race packs will not be shipped, and can only be collected by the participant or their authorized representative following the regulations above.

F. APPRECIATION

1. Will I receive a finisher medal?

Yes, all participants who complete the race according to the event’s terms and conditions will receive a finisher medal.

2. Bagaimanakah kategori ranking Peserta yang berhak atas juara dan pemenang podium?
  • JWinners are those who finish the race with the fastest gun time, according to their respective categories and genders (male/female), ranking 1st to 3rd.
  • Five (5) potential winners per category will undergo verification to confirm the final podium winners.
  • A potential winner is a candidate subject to verification to ensure compliance with event regulations before being officially declared a winner.
3. Are prizes awarded to the fastest runners in each category?
  • Yes, prizes will be awarded to the winners of each category.
  • Prizes will be transferred to the winners’ bank accounts within 14 working days.
  • If post-race doping tests are conducted, prize disbursement for affected winners will take place only after results are confirmed and the winner is officially cleared.
4. Is category promotion available for outstanding finish times?

Yes, promotion is available for 1st Place winners in the Master categories (10K and 5K) to the Open category, if their official finish time is faster than the 1st Place Open winner.

G. DISQUALIFICATION OF PARTICIPANTS & WINNERS

1. What can cause a participant to be disqualified?
  • Violation of the rules, providing false personal information, disturbing order, cheating, causing commotion, or any behavior that creates discomfort for participants and organizers, or that poses legal risks or safety threats.
  • Participants who bring personal pacers and commit cheating involving them—causing unfair advantages—may also be disqualified.
2. What can disqualify a winner?
  • Fastest runners who receive a potential winner necklace must undergo verification immediately after finishing.
  • A winner may be disqualified if:
    1. Their data does not match the bib they wore.
    2. They falsified participant information.
    3. They used someone else’s bib, knowingly or unknowingly.
    4. They took shortcuts on the race route.
    5. They are proven to have used doping if a doping test is conducted.
    6. Their timing was not recorded completely at checkpoint locations.
    7. They did not collect all official checkpoint markers provided by the Organizer at designated points along the course.
    8. They used assistive devices like wheelchairs, rollerblades, built-in wheels, or any other tool that artificially helps them finish faster.

H. ON-COURSE MEDICAL SUPPORT

1. Are there medical services available on race day?
  • To meet participants’ medical needs, quality medical services will be available on-site. The Organizer provides field doctors and supporting medical staff at the race central and various points along the route.
  • A team of Running Doctors will also run and monitor participants' conditions along the course, enabling rapid medical response. These doctors will coordinate with the stationary medical teams along the route.
2. What should participants prepare in terms of personal health?
  • Participants must be aware that this activity carries inherent risks. Therefore, they are expected to be physically and mentally prepared, and only start the race if they are in prime condition.
  • Participants of a certain age should follow health screening requirements before participating.
  • All participants must ensure they are healthy before race day and, if necessary, consult with a doctor or local hospital.
  • If the Organizer finds a participant in an unfit physical or mental state, they reserve the right to stop that person from racing, revoke their race bib, and are not liable if the participant insists on continuing.
  • Participants with medical history who ignore health requirements may be listed in the Organizer’s record for special attention in future events. If they repeatedly (twice in a row) neglect their health and cause medical issues during events managed by this Organizer, they risk being blacklisted from future races.

I. INSURANCE

1. Apakah pelari dilindungi asuransi?
  1. Yes, all runners will receive insurance protection during this activity if they fill in their personal data accurately and validly.
  2. Insurance details will be further informed via their respective emails, and for participants to also monitor the race info on the official website or Instagram.
  3. Participants are also required to understand, read and agree to the waiver letter containing the conditions of the Organizer's and Manager's responsibilities towards participants related to the race insurance protection which is part of the Organizer's responsibility towards participants.

J. LOKASI PARKIR

1. Bagi peserta yang membawa kendaraan, di manakah dapat memarkirkan kendaraannya?
  • Peserta disarankan untuk memprioritaskan penggunaan kendaraan umum/drop off dalam perjalanan menuju lokasi kegiatan untuk menghindari kemacetan.
  • Peserta juga disarankan mengakses penginapan sekitar lokasi lomba sehingga dapat menjangkau area lomba dengan berjalan kaki.
  • Apabila tetap akan menggunakan kendaraan pribadi, Peserta dapat memarkirkan kendaraannya di area parkir kawasan yang denahnya akan diinformasikan kemudian melalui website, media sosial, dan terdapat pada race guide.
  • Demi kenyamanan semua peserta, agar peserta memperhatikan dengan seksama denah dimaksud.
  • Disarankan Peserta memantau informasi sehingga jika terdapat perubahan lokasi parkir, disarankan peserta memantau pengumuman resmi melalui media sosial atau kanal informasi lomba tentang lokasi parkir yang disarankan.

K. ACCOMODATION

1. Is there any cooperation with local accommodation for participants?
  • The competition organizer does not provide accommodation considering that hotels and accommodation are available and easily accessible.
  • Participants can monitor official information on the website or social media to get information regarding accommodation if an official cooperation is established.

L. FACILITIES IN THE RACE VILLAGE

1. Is there any prayer room (musala) in the race village?

• Yes, a musala is provided in the race village for participants to perform their prayers.

2. Are toilets provided along the race route?

Portable toilets will be available at the race central and along the running route.

M. MANDATORY

1. What are the mandatory requirements for participants?

Every participant must wear modest and public-appropriate running attire.

2. Must participants wear the official race jersey during the race?

It is recommended and encouraged that participants wear the official race jersey to facilitate easy visual identification by race officials.

3. Must participants wear a bib number?

Yes. Participants and anyone without an official bib number or other official identification are not allowed to enter the race central or run on the course.

N. PACESETTER

1. Will there be pacemakers for runners?
  • Yes, pacemakers will be provided to run alongside participants according to the target finish times.
  • Participants are prohibited from bringing personal pacers. If a participant is found secretly using a personal pacer, especially if it involves cheating that disadvantages other participants, that participant will be disqualified.

O. ORDER & CLEANLINESS

1. What rules must participants obey during the race and while in the event area?
  1. Participants must respect and appreciate other runners by avoiding any behavior that causes discomfort or unrest.
  2. Participants are prohibited from using assistive devices such as bicycles, wheelchairs, in-line skates, strollers, shoes with built-in wheels, or any wheeled devices that can speed up running. Participants are also prohibited from bringing babies or strollers during the race. Exceptions are made for Participants with Special Abilities (Insan Berkemampuan Khusus/IBK).
  3. Bringing pets or other animals while running is not allowed.
  4. Participants must take care of public facilities and avoid damaging any property throughout the event area and race route.
  5. When taking refreshments, using ablution facilities, the prayer room, or portable toilets, participants are expected to queue orderly in a single line.
  6. Participants must not litter anywhere.
  7. Smoking is prohibited for participants, officials, and all parties involved throughout the entire event.
2. What actions will be taken if a participant breaks the rules?

Any actions that disturb order will be handled by the security team, and any criminal acts will be pursued legally.

3. Apakah menjadi kewajiban peserta terkait safety, kebersihan dan ketertiban selama berlangsung?
  • Participants must keep the race central and race route clean by not littering and using the provided trash bins or handing trash to staff who will actively collect garbage.
  • Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the race area, including race central and the race route, from entry until exit.
