CISANGKAN KBP CITY RUN & CISANGKAN KBP SPEEDY KIDS 2025

    Participant registration will open on May 23rd, 2025, and will be conducted in several tiers:
  • Tier I – Ticket War: 50% discount (limited slots)
  • Tier II – Flash Sale: 25% discount
  • Tier III – Regular Price

The registration period is limited, and participants are advised to stay updated on registration dates to avoid missing out on tickets.

Each participant is entitled to only one race ticket in the selected category. If a participant is found to have registered for more than one category or multiple times in the same category, the Race Organizer reserves the right to contact the participant to confirm and finalize only one valid entry. No refunds will be provided for the unselected category or duplicate entries.

Participants can join Cisangkan KBP City Run 2025 by registering and complying with all event rules and regulations. A participant is officially registered only after receiving an official confirmation email upon the successful completion of the registration process.

  • The decisions of the Organizing Committee are final and cannot be contested. Note: The organizer's decisions are final and binding.
  • Participants of the Cisangkan KBP City Run & Cisangkan KBP Speedy Kids can register through the official website at cisangkankbpcityrun.com or via the link in the bio of the official Instagram account @cisangkankbpcityrun.
  • Participants are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form.
  • Incorrect data entry or transferring of registration will result in disqualification of the participant (for this event and future events).
  • The organizer reserves the right to contact participants at any time via email or official WhatsApp messages. Notifications sent to the registered email address will be considered received by the participant.
  • Registrations are non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another participant.
  • The organizer is not obligated to refund the registration fee if a participant is disqualified for any reason or fails to attend the event.
  • The event is open to both foreign nationals and Indonesian citizens holding valid identification (KTP/SIM/Indonesian Passport).
  • This is an open event; thus, foreign and Indonesian participants will compete in the same categories.
  • The age limit for participants and winners is between 3 and 70 years old.
  • Participants outside the specified age range, or those over 60 years old, are advised to submit a health certificate issued by a doctor or hospital.
  • Participants are encouraged to undergo a health check-up and ensure they are in good condition and fit to participate in the selected race category of the Cisangkan KBP City Run and Cisangkan KBP Speedy Kids 2025.
  • The organizer reserves the right (but is not obligated) to reject or disqualify participants deemed unfit to compete due to health reasons.
  • To enhance medical preparedness, participants aged 50 and above will be offered the opportunity to take a PAR-Q Test at the race pack collection area. Other participants may also access the PAR-Q Test if they wish.
  • Only officially registered participants are entitled to participate in the event.
  • Participants are expected to comply with the regulations voluntarily.
  • Participants who register for more than one category or multiple times in the same category (potential double dipping) are only entitled to run in one category, which will be confirmed by the Race Management.
  • Registrations are non-transferable. If such a case is discovered during the event, the participant involved will be disqualified.
  • Disqualification includes a ban from the competition and the loss of any opportunity to win any title or prize.
  • Participants who have violated provisions may be placed on the Organizer’s blacklist.
  • Participants who have previously been involved in misconduct in other races managed by the Race Management will be placed on the Race Manager’s records and receive special attention. The Race Management will contact them via email to verify the participant’s understanding of the race rules as stated on the official race website.
  • Child participants (ages 3–17) must obtain parental consent by submitting a written Parental Consent Form, which can be completed during race pack collection.
  • Children aged 3–12 years will be grouped under the Cisangkan KBP Speedy Kids category according to this event’s rules.
  • Children aged 3–18 years may join the Satria Category (Student Category) by running in the 5K distance and competing within the student group.
  • Children who wish to join the general category are only permitted to participate in the 5K category and must provide written parental consent.
  • Participants must wear proper and appropriate running shirts and attire that are comfortable, aesthetically acceptable, and adhere to general standards expected during the race activity.
  • The official Cisangkan KBP City Run and Cisangkan KBP Speedy Kids 2025 race shirts will be distributed during the race pack collection day.
  • Participants are encouraged to wear the official race shirt for visual identification and ease by the Race Management staff.
  • Participants must wear their race bib correctly on the chest/front of the body, not reversed, and not covered by the race shirt, jacket, or any other item.
  • Participants are responsible for keeping the race bib intact and must avoid losing, washing, ironing, or tampering with the chip embedded in the bib.
  • If a race bib is lost or damaged due to participant negligence, the Organizer will not provide a replacement.
  • Each race bib is non-transferable to another person.
  • Any transfer of race bibs may result in disqualification of the participant.
  • Participants are expected to uphold the values of sportsmanship and not engage in any form of cheating.
  • Each participant may register for only one race category.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to contact participants who are registered in multiple categories to select only one category, and to cancel their participation in the others.
  • Participants must follow the instructions of the race officials or organizers while on the race course and will not protest if their participation rights are revoked due to a rules violation.
  • This includes running outside the designated course, which is marked by signs, ropes, cones, poles, barricades, and race officials.
  • All photos, video recordings, and related media of participants taken during the event are the property of the Organizer and may be used freely for promotional and publicity purposes related to Cisangkan KBP City Run & Cisangkan KBP Speedy Kids.
  • Matters not covered in these regulations will be determined at a later time.
  • The Organizer and Race Management reserve the right to adjust or modify these rules if deemed necessary.
  • All changes or modifications will be communicated to participants.
  • Participants are required to read the Notices, Race Rules, and Terms & Conditions before registering for the Cisangkan KBP City Run and Cisangkan KBP Speedy Kids 2025.
  • These Terms & Conditions and Rules are intended to support and guide the proper execution of the Cisangkan KBP City Run and Cisangkan KBP Speedy Kids 2025, ensuring the safety of all participants and compliance with official permits and applicable laws in Indonesia.
  • Participants who have experienced two medical incidents during previous events organized by IdeaRun will have their participation re-evaluated to confirm they are in prime condition, ready to race, and capable of maintaining the event’s integrity by managing their physical and mental state to finish the race in good health.
  • Each participant fully understands that this sport carries risks that may result in injury, disability, or even death.
  • Accordingly, participants agree to comply with the race regulations and acknowledge that any race-related risks arising during the event will be the responsibility of the Organizer, which will be transferred to the participant insurance provided in accordance with the applicable terms of the relevant insurance company.
  • By registering, participants are considered to have agreed to and accepted all information, terms and conditions, and race/event regulations.
  • Therefore, participants release the Organizer and Race Management (including but not limited to the Organizer’s management/staff and appointed managers) from any losses and damages arising in connection with the race, except in cases where such losses and damages result from intentional negligence, as specified in the provided participant insurance terms.
  • Participants will indicate their agreement by checking the designated box during the race registration process.
  • Participants are encouraged and advised to wear the official race running shirt during the event.
  • Participants must wear proper and appropriate running attire that meets standards of comfort, ethics, and aesthetics.
  • Participants must attach their race bib on the chest or in a clearly visible position from the front. The bib must not be covered by any jacket or object and must not be enclosed in plastic.
  • Each participant's bib is non-transferable. Transferring the bib to another person will result in disqualification.
  • Flag-off times are scheduled as follows:
    • 10K category: 16:00 WIB
    • 5K category: 16:15 WIB
    • CISANGKAN KBP Speedy Kids: 18:30 WIB
  • If there is any change to the schedule, it will be communicated to participants via email and social media with sufficient notice for participants to adjust.
  • To ensure a smooth start, all participants of Cisangkan KBP City Run and Cisangkan KBP Speedy Kids 2025 must be ready at the starting line at least 30 minutes before flag-off.
  • A cut-off time (COT) applies to all categories:
    • 10K: 2 hours
    • 5K: 1.5 hours
    • CISANGKAN KBP Speedy Kids: specific time limit as determined
    These times are counted from the gun time (official start time).
  • Participants are allowed a maximum delay of 10 minutes after flag-off to start the race. Participants arriving later than this will start with the next category. Those who miss the start of the next category as well will be disqualified and marked as DNS (Did Not Start).
  • Checkpoints will be located at the start line, designated route points, and finish line. These will include split time/sensor mats and markers (lanyards/ribbons). Podium contenders must collect the ribbon marker and pass through every checkpoint split time.
  • CCTV cameras will be installed along the race course and monitored in the Race Management control room.
  • Timing chips or transponders are standard race timing devices. However, under certain conditions (e.g., folded bib, water damage, or system error), the chip might not be detected. If undetected, the participant’s race time will not appear in the results. Therefore, participants must take care of their timing chips and avoid wearing them under jerseys or wrapped in plastic.
  • Participants are strictly prohibited from cheating, which includes: obstructing, pushing, or intimidating other participants physically or verbally; deliberately blocking others; shortening the route or cutting the course; using wheelchairs, in-line skates, riding a bicycle, using other wheeled aids, taking performance-enhancing drugs (doping), receiving outside assistance, or using counterfeit bibs. Any proven violations will result in disqualification.
  • Water stations will be available approximately every 2.5 km.
  • Road safety and traffic management are under the control of the relevant authorities, coordinated by the Organizer and Race Management.
  • Participants who have experienced two medical incidents in previous events organized by IdeaRun will have their participation re-evaluated to ensure they are in optimal physical and mental condition, capable of upholding the integrity of the race and finishing healthily.
  • Official medical personnel, along with support from partners or sponsors, will provide healthcare services along the race course.
  • The organizer collaborates with local hospitals and/or designated hospitals and sponsors. Medical personnel have the authority to stop participants from continuing the race due to health reasons.
  • Medical support on the course will be enhanced by the Running Doctors Team, who will run in each category and observe participants for any medical issues requiring attention.
  • Awards will be given to winners in the 10K and 5K categories, based on gender (male and female) in the Open class (under 40 years old as of December 31 of the current year) and Master classes (40 years and above, and 50 years and above at the time of the race). Each winner is entitled to only one prize, determined according to the Race Regulations.
  • Awards will also be presented to the winners of the Cisangkan KBP Speedy Kids for 1st place and 2nd–3rd place winners, according to the distance and age categories participated in.
  • Winners may be subjected to doping tests. If a winner is found to have used prohibited substances, they will forfeit their title and prize, and must return any awarded prizes.
  • Winners are determined based on the fastest finish times in each category, gender, and class.
  • The competition is open, allowing Indonesian citizens (WNI) to compete with foreign nationals (WNA), provided participant data matches their National Identification Number (NIK) and they are under 40 years old as of December 31 of the current year. Conditions include: (a) not being disqualified per race regulations; (b) possessing valid official identification matching their race bib; and (c) passing any administered doping tests. Discrepancies in winner data, race bib information, or missing checkpoint markers will result in disqualification and forfeiture of prizes.
  • Winners in the Master class are those who have reached the age of 40+ or 50+ by the day of the race. Conditions include: (a) not being disqualified; (b) possessing valid official identification (KTP/SIM/Passport/KITAS & Work Visa) matching their race bib; and (c) passing any administered doping tests. Discrepancies in winner data, race bib information, or missing checkpoint markers will result in disqualification and forfeiture of prizes.
  • Prizes for winners will be transferred by the organizer to the winners' bank accounts within 14 working days, after deducting applicable taxes.
  • For winners undergoing doping tests, 50% of the prize will be awarded initially, with the remaining 50% withheld until test results confirm the participant is free of prohibited substances. Prizes are contingent upon fulfillment of all participant requirements and data accuracy. Race prizes are subject to applicable taxes.
  • Any matters not covered in these regulations will be determined later. The organizer reserves the right to adjust and modify race rules as deemed necessary. All adjustments and modifications will be communicated to participants through the official communication channels, including email, WhatsApp messages, or official social media including the website: cisangkankbpcityrun.com.
