RULES AND REGULATION


All participants and involved parties are deemed to have read, understood, and are obligated to comply with the provisions outlined in these Rules & Regulations for the Cisangkan KBP City Run & Cisangkan KBP Speedy Kids 2025 (“Rules & Regulations”).
A. DEFINITIONS

Within these Rules & Regulations, the following terms are defined as:

  • Event: Refers to the Cisangkan KBP City Run and Cisangkan KBP Speedy Kids 2025 activities.
  • In-Person Event: This event is conducted physically, requiring participants to be present on-site.
  • Registration Fee: The participation fee set by the Organizer, which must be paid by participants to join the Event.
  • Registration Form: The official form used by individuals to register for the Event.
  • Info Desk and/or Hotline: The division responsible for providing official information, managed by Race Management IdeaRun.
  • Race Organizer: IdeaRun, responsible for managing the Event. Contact details are available at [Contact Us link] and via WhatsApp at +62 877-0210-2016 (operational hours: 09:00 - 18:00 WIB).
  • Participant: An individual who has completed the registration process for the Event.
  • Race Pack: The running kit provided to participants prior to the Event Day. Detailed information regarding the location and time for collection will be communicated to participants via their registered email addresses and may also be available on the official website or social media channels.
  • Rules & Regulations: The guidelines governing the execution of the Event, including registration procedures and participation protocols.
  • Event Website: The official website for the Event: cisangkankbpcityrun.com.
  • Registration Website: The official online registration platform owned by the Organizer and managed by the Race Organizer, accessible through links provided on the Event Website.
  • Official Social Media: The Event's communication channels on social media platforms, specifically @cisangkankbpcityrun and @idea.run.
B. VALIDITY OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  1. Matters not yet specified in this Rules & Regulations document will be determined later by the Organizer and Race Manager. The Organizer and Race Manager reserve the right to make adjustments and modifications to the race rules if deemed necessary. All adjustments and modifications will be communicated to Participants through primary communication channels, including email and social media; and if necessary, via letters, SMS, and/or other announcement media.
  2. Participants are considered to have understood, accepted, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions after:
    • (i) completing the Registration Form and making the payment; and/or
    • (ii) being officially listed on the Event participant list issued by the Organizer and Race Manager.
    These Terms and Conditions also apply to participants registered under charity and/or exhibition classifications.
  3. These Terms and Conditions apply to every party who registers and/or participates in the Event.
C. EVENT SCHEME
  1. The race event is organized as an in-person or offline event.
  2. Participants must complete the registration process and make the payment to be officially recorded as participants.
  3. Participants who, for any reason, fail to attend on the Event Day cannot transfer their participation to another person and are not entitled to a refund of the registration fee.
D. RISK
  1. Participants acknowledge and accept that the Event carries inherent risks, including the possibility of injury, disability, or even death. Participants affirm that they are in adequate physical and mental condition to participate and agree to be fully responsible for their actions during the Event.
  2. Participants agree to comply with the race regulations and understand that any risks arising during the Event are covered under the participant insurance provided by the Organizer, in accordance with the applicable terms of the respective insurance provider.
  3. Participants agree to release the Organizer and Race Manager (including but not limited to the management, employees, affiliates, appointed parties, and sponsors) from any liability for losses or damages related to the race, except in cases where such losses or damages are proven to result from intentional misconduct, as specified in the participant insurance terms.
  4. The race will be canceled if unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Organizer and Race Manager occur (e.g., heavy rain, storms, disasters, resurgence of pandemics, large-scale demonstrations, denial of event permits, major fires, socio-political instability, or other significant events). If the race is canceled due to such events occurring after the distribution of race kits, the Registration Fee will not be refunded, and the Organizer and Race Manager will not be liable for any resulting losses or inconveniences.
  5. No refunds will be issued to Participants who fail to attend on the Event Day, are removed for safety or order reasons, or are disqualified. The Organizer and Race Manager are not responsible for any losses or inconveniences arising from the non-refund of the Registration Fee or the cancellation of the Event.
  6. Participants understand that non-compliance, whether intentional or unintentional, with race regulations may result in the forfeiture of entitlements associated with the Event.
E. SAFETY AND ORDER MEASURES
  1. The Organizer and Race Manager are committed to ensuring that Participants can run safely and comfortably within the designated course areas.
  2. The Race Manager reserves the right to remove any Participant from the Event or prevent their participation if deemed necessary for safety, order, overall event conduciveness, or other reasonable grounds in line with race regulations.
  3. Each Participant is covered by special event insurance during the race. Participants must ensure the accuracy of their personal information when completing the registration form. Any errors that affect access to insurance benefits are the sole responsibility of the individual.
F. INFORMATION DISSEMINATION
  1. The Organizer and Race Manager will send all communication materials and other relevant Event information to the email address provided by the Participant in the Registration Form.
  2. The Organizer and Race Manager are not responsible for any damage to the Participant's electronic devices used to access the Event website or any other technical negligence that may occur during the process of sending communication materials and email correspondence, which could result in the Participant not receiving the information.
  3. Participants must ensure that all information provided (including email addresses) is correct and accurate.
  4. Individual participants who register independently and complete their payment will receive a confirmation email verifying their registration. Subsequently, they will receive another email with details regarding the collection of their race pack.
  5. For participants registering as part of a group or community, if such a program is available, the confirmation email will be sent to the group representative or the first registrant within the group. All group members will then receive a separate email with information on race pack collection as the collection date approaches.
  6. Participants are advised to regularly monitor information disseminated through the official social media channels of this running event.
  7. The Organizer and Race Manager guarantee and ensure that all Participant data contained in the registration form will only be used for the purposes of this running event and will not be disclosed to unrelated third parties for any reason, except for the purposes of Participant insurance related to this running event.
  8. The Organizer and Race Manager comply with regulations related to laws that protect the personal data of Participants.
G. AGE LIMIT
  1. The age limits set for the race activities are as follows: a minimum of 13 years and a maximum of 70 years for the Cisangkan KBP City Run, and 3–12 years for the Cisangkan KBP Speedy Kids. Participants over the age of 60 are advised to provide an official health certificate from a doctor or clinic/hospital and bring it during the race pack collection.
  2. The applicable age limits per category, outside of the master class, are based on the Participant's exact age at the time of joining the race in the current year, calculated as of December 31 of the current year.
  3. Child participants under the age of 17 (3–16 years) are required to provide parental consent by completing a written Parental Consent Form, which can be obtained at the race pack collection location.
  4. Child participants aged 3–12 years can only participate in the Cisangkan KBP Speedy Kids and must provide parental consent by completing a written Parental Consent Form, available at the race pack collection location.
  5. Child participants within the age group mentioned in point 4 above who do not register in the children's race category appropriate for their age and instead register in the adult race category will not be eligible to win the competition, as they do not fall within the age classification of race winners.
  6. Participants in the Cisangkan KBP City Run are classified into Open and Master categories.
  7. Winners in the Open category are those under the age of 40, calculated as of December 31 of the current year.
  8. The general age limits for the Master category are divided into two groups: those over 40 years and those over 50 years, or those who have turned 40 or 50 years old at the time of participating in the race in the current year, referring to point 1 above.
H. PARTICIPATION RULES
  1. The event is open to both Indonesian citizens (WNI) and foreign nationals (WNA).
  2. The Race Categories and Classes are as follows:

        • Cash prizes will be awarded to Champion I and Runners-up II–III.
        • Eligible for Indonesian citizens with valid KTP/Driver’s License or Indonesian Passport, and foreign nationals with Passport or KITAS and a valid Work Visa.
    • 5K
      • Open
        • Cash prizes will be awarded to Champion I and Runners-up II–III.
        • Eligible for Indonesian citizens with valid KTP/Driver’s License or Indonesian Passport, and foreign nationals with Passport or KITAS and a valid Work Visa.
      • Master
        • Cash prizes will be awarded to Champion I and Runners-up II–III.
        • Eligible for Indonesian citizens with valid KTP/Driver’s License or Indonesian Passport, and foreign nationals with Passport or KITAS and a valid Work Visa.
      • Student/Satria
        • Cash prizes will be awarded to Champion I and Runners-up II–III.
        • Only applicable to Indonesian citizens with valid identification (KTP/Driver’s License or Passport).
    • Cisangkan KBP Speedy Kids
      • Cash prizes will be awarded to Champion I and Runners-up II–III in each age group: Cikal, Gumilang, and Laras.
  4. The Organizer’s decisions are final and cannot be contested.
  5. There is no promotion system in any category. Promotion of the fastest runner is only applicable in cases of record-breaking or if a Master category participant surpasses the recorded time of the Open category winner.
  6. Both Indonesian and foreign participants are required to show valid official identification to claim their bibs.
  7. Participants are required to fill out all requested information in the Registration Form. If inaccurate data is submitted, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the Participant’s registration.
  8. Participants acknowledge, agree, and understand that their participation is personal and non-transferable to any other party.
  9. Participants are required to complete all the information requested in the Registration Form. Providing false or incorrect information may result in disqualification from both registration and competition rights.
  10. Participants must comply with all rules, instructions, and guidelines issued by the Organizer, marshals, and appointed security personnel. Participants acknowledge and agree that the Organizer has full authority to conduct and manage the Event, including making final decisions regarding safety, timing/finish time, and enforcement during the Event. All rules and decisions made by the Organizer are considered final.
  11. Participants acknowledge, agree, and understand that their participation is personal and cannot be transferred to others under any circumstances.
  12. Participants declare and guarantee that their registration is for personal use only and will not be used for commercial purposes (including transferring to third parties). Violation of this clause may result in disqualification.
  13. Participants must present a valid form of personal identification (KTP, Driver’s License, KITAS, or Passport – physical copy, photocopy, or digital copy) during Race Pack Collection. Race Packs may be collected by a representative by presenting the participant’s Race Pack email (hardcopy or softcopy), a photocopy of the participant’s ID, and an original authorization letter from the participant.
  14. Participants must comply with the event rules to ensure their eligibility.
  15. Participants with a prior violation record in past events will receive a notification email from the Organizer requesting their commitment to read, understand, and comply with the race regulations.
I. REGISTRATION AND BOOKING PROCEDURES
  1. Participants are required to (i) complete the Registration Form on the official registration website accurately and fully, and (ii) pay the Registration Fee as specified on the official event website.
  2. The payment validity period is one hour after registration for Tier I and Tier II phases, and 24 hours for the regular phase, starting from the completion of the registration process. Participants must re-register if they wish to continue their participation after this period has lapsed without payment, provided that race tickets are still available.
  3. During the Tier I registration period, a 50% discount applies; during Tier II, a 25% discount applies. Regular pricing applies for individual registrations, with a special discount price of IDR 50,000 available exclusively for employees in the 5K category.
  4. The Organizer and Race Management will issue a registration confirmation once the Participant is officially registered.
  5. Participants are not permitted to transfer their registration to another individual.
  6. Participants are not allowed to modify their information after the registration confirmation has been sent; therefore, they are advised to provide accurate data and ensure all information is correctly entered.
  7. The Organizer reserves the right to close the registration period after a certain timeframe or at any time if the quota has been filled.
  8. Participants who register for more than one category or multiple times in the same category are only entitled to run in one category.
  9. The Organizer will contact participants who have registered for more than one race category to select one category to participate in, and will cancel their registration in the other category(ies).
J. EVENT RULES
  1. Participants should monitor event-related information, including progress updates and the latest announcements, via email and the official social media channels of Cisangkan KBP City Run 2025.
  2. Each Participant must arrive at the race venue at least 30 minutes before the flag-off time. Participants are responsible for allocating sufficient time for personal needs (including travel, parking, late baggage drop, etc.).
  3. Participants who are late for the start are allowed a grace period of up to ten (10) minutes after the flag-off. For the 10K category, late participants may start with the 5K group or not start at all. For the 5K category, participants arriving more than 10 minutes late will not be permitted to start. Participants who exceed this grace period will be marked as Did Not Start (DNS), disqualified, and not allowed on the race course.
  4. The risk of a failed start or DNS is entirely the responsibility of the Participant.
  5. The risk of a failed start or DNS is entirely the responsibility of the Participant. If a participant insists on running on the race route despite being disqualified, the Organizer reserves the right to remove the participant’s bib number and revoke their access to race facilities.
  6. Participants who fail to complete the designated distance within their category and the specified time will be considered Did Not Finish (DNF) and will not be entitled to finisher rights.
  7. Participants who do not cross the finish line and are not recorded in the timing system before the cutoff time will be marked as Did Not Finish (DNF).
  8. Participants who reach the finish line after the cutoff time will be classified as over the cutoff time.
  9. The Organizer and Race Management reserve the right to set a cutoff time (COT). This cutoff time may be adjusted (either shortened or extended) if deemed necessary by the Organizer and Race Management for safety and security reasons.
  10. Changes to the cutoff time may be made before or on the race day, based on significant and specific considerations as outlined in point (9) above.
  11. Participants are strictly prohibited from engaging in any form of cheating or actions that may cause harm or disadvantage to other runners before, during, or after the race.
  12. Participants are not allowed to be accompanied by personal companions or pacemakers unless such individuals are also officially registered participants wearing the official bib or race number.
  13. Participants intending to create social media content are only permitted to activate their smartphones for this purpose after crossing the start line and ensuring a safe distance from other runners. Recording live videos or stories on social media platforms while starting the race is strictly prohibited to maintain the comfort and safety of all participants. Participants are expected to exercise discretion and prioritize safety when creating content during the event.
  14. Participants aiming to secure a winning position are strictly prohibited from receiving assistance from fellow participants or any external parties. This includes, but is not limited to, pacing, physical support, or any form of aid that could provide an unfair advantage. All competitors must rely solely on their own abilities throughout the race. Any violation of this rule may result in disqualification and forfeiture of any awards or titles.
  15. Winners are encouraged to personally ascend the stage and collect their prizes; delegation is not advised.
K. EVENT CHANGES
  1. The Organizer and Race Management reserve the right to reschedule the event date based on reasonable and customary considerations to ensure the continuity of the event and the comfort of participants. Any changes will be communicated to participants within a reasonable timeframe.
  2. If the event date is changed and announced via email, social media, or other official channels, and a participant is unable to attend on the new date, the participant acknowledges that their absence is due to personal circumstances and will not hold the Organizer, Race Management, or any related parties responsible.
  3. The Organizer and Race Management, based on reasonable considerations or for the continuity, comfort, and safety of participants, reserve the right to modify the event format at their discretion or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (excluding heavy rain, storms, disasters, dangerous disease outbreaks, major fires, or large-scale demonstrations).
  4. If the event is canceled for reasons not mentioned in point 3 above, the Organizer and Race Management are obligated to provide a full refund and are not responsible for any other consequences arising from the cancellation. If the event format is changed, participants are not entitled to a refund, and no obligations arise from such changes.
L. ORGANIZER'S RESPONIBILITIES AND OBLIGATIONS
  1. The Organizer and Race Management are responsible, within reasonable and customary limits, for ensuring the continuity of the event and the comfort of participants during the event.
  2. Under no circumstances shall the Organizer and Race Management be liable to participants for any incidents, accidents, physical or medical injuries, errors (including negligence), or for any business losses, income or profit losses, savings or wasted expenses, loss or damage to personal equipment, or any other direct or consequential damages (even if such losses were foreseeable at the time of registration) arising from participation in the event. Furthermore, the Organizer and Race Management are not liable for actions of spectators or other third parties unless otherwise specified.
  3. Participants, on behalf of themselves, their heirs, and rightful successors, irrevocably and unconditionally waive any claims against the Organizer, Race Management, officials, employees, suppliers, sponsors, and/or any parties deemed responsible ("Associated Parties") for any physical, mental, or other losses or damages (including loss of income, profits, or pain and suffering) suffered directly or indirectly due to participation in the event. Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer, Race Management, and Associated Parties from any costs or amounts they may be required to pay as a result of such claims.
  4. The Organizer provides a waiver form for participants to acknowledge and understand the risks associated with the event. Participants must complete this form by checking the appropriate box on the official registration website during the registration process.
  5. Participants also agree to indemnify the Organizer and Associated Parties for any claims, actions, liabilities, or losses resulting from the participant's breach, negligence, or intentional misconduct.
  6. These provisions also imply:
    6.1 To prevent or exempt the Organizer and Race Management from liability;
    6.2 For death or personal injury caused by the Organizer’s negligence;
    6.3 For fraud or unintentional acts; or
    6.4 For any matters deemed illegal for the Organizer and Race Management to exclude liability or be exempted;
    6.5 These clauses shall be read, interpreted, and subject to the limitations imposed by applicable law.
M. PUBLICATION RIGHTS
  1. Participants may appear in events that are filmed, recorded, broadcasted, or otherwise captured in whole or in part for television programs, films, videos, or broadcasts in any form, by any means, and in all media and formats, whether existing now or developed after the date of these Terms
  2. Participants may be included in the use and reproduction of their names, likenesses, appearances, and images—whether in photographs, films, or recordings—by any means and in all media for advertising, publicity, and other purposes related to the promotion of the Event (and future events) and/or commercial rights associated with the Event (and future events). Participants acknowledge and agree to such use, provided it does not imply direct endorsement by the Participant of any official sponsor or supporter of the Event.
  3. All films, photographs (whether taken with a camera or mobile phone), or other moving or still recordings, along with all related intellectual property rights (including but not limited to copyrights), shall remain the property of the Event Organizer. Where such intellectual property is not automatically vested in the Event Organizer, this provision shall serve as a legally binding agreement, and Participants are required to sign any reasonable documents necessary to effectuate this. Accordingly, such recordings shall not be used for purposes other than personal use without written consent from the Event Organizer and Race Manager.
N. POTENTIAL WINNER
  1. Participants who cross the finish line and are recorded as the top five fastest finishers in their respective categories are considered Potential Winners—this status does not yet make them official winners. They must first undergo a verification process at the Verification Tent, located in the race central area during the event.
  2. Detailed information regarding the Potential Winner status will also be indicated on the Potential Winner lanyard.

  4. The verification process is only valid immediately upon receiving the Potential Winner lanyard and must be completed within a maximum of 30 minutes after finishing the race, based on the time recorded in the official timing system.
  5. Any Potential Winner who fails to undergo verification within 30 minutes of finishing the race, despite having received the Potential Winner lanyard, will be considered to have withdrawn from their potential winner status and will forfeit any rights to claims related to their position at a later time
  6. sNo other form of verification will be accepted outside of the official process stated above.
O. PRIZES AND AWARDS
  1. Promotion Conditions for Fastest Runners:
    • There is no automatic promotion system for all rankings in any category.
    • Promotion is only applicable if a record is broken by a runner in the Master group, whereby the Master group runner finishes with a time faster than the 1st place winner in the Open group.
  2. The Event Organizer and Race Manager will award prizes to race winners according to the composition and classes as determined by the official competition rules.
  3. The Event Organizer and Race Manager may also provide prizes for gimmicks or challenges during the event, which will be announced via the official social media account (Instagram: @cisangkankbpcityrun).
  4. For winners of the race, prizes will be transferred to the winner’s bank account within a maximum of 14 working days, in accordance with terms to be determined by the Organizer.
    • In cases where a doping test is required, the prize will be withheld and only awarded upon receipt of negative test results, unless a different policy is announced by the Organizer or Race Manager.
  5. The type and value of prizes will be announced later through the official social media account.
  6. Prizes will be subject to applicable tax deductions according to prevailing regulations.
  7. Winner determination is based on gun time (actual time of arrival at the finish line).
  8. Winner verification will refer to:
    • Jury time records,
    • Timing system checkpoint records (mat-based timing checkpoints), and
    • Intact checkpoint ribbons or wristbands collected at each official checkpoint on the race route by the potential winner.
P. DISQUALIFICATION & RACE RESULT DISPUTES
  1. Participants agree to abide by the decisions of the Organizer and Race Management regarding disqualification due to violations of any or all finisher and/or podium disqualification rules.
  2. Participants will be disqualified from podium positions if they:
    • Are not recorded by the race timing system.
    • Do not wear the bib corresponding to their personal data.
    • Manipulate participant data.
    • Wear another person's bib.
    • Do not wear the chip provided by the Organizer.
    • Fail to wear all checkpoint markers provided along the race route as per race regulations.
    • Are registered in two or more race categories or possess more than one bib number.
    • Have a name on the bib that differs from official identification.
    • Take shortcuts.
    • Use assistive devices, whether wheeled or not, that can accelerate movement, except for participants with disabilities.
  3. Any disputes regarding podium positions must be submitted on-site by the concerned Participant through a written protest within 10 minutes after the official race announcement concludes, following the prescribed procedures.
Q. PROTEST OR OBJECTION PROCEDURES
  1. Protests must be submitted within 10 minutes after the official announcement of winners, marked by the announcement read by the event host or another party officially appointed by the Organizer and Race Management.
  2. Protests must be formally submitted in writing, accompanied by a Rp 10,000 duty stamp, and signed by the protester. The Protest Letter form can be obtained at the Verification Tent.
  3. The protester is required to place a protest deposit of USD $100 or Rp 1,500,000.
  4. Protests will be processed by the Race Jury Board, involving judges and referees who have been officially appointed and are part of the race's organizational structure by the Organizer and Race Management.
  5. If the protest is accepted and the protester is declared correct by the Race Jury Board, the deposit will be fully refunded.
  6. If the protest is rejected and the protester is declared incorrect, the deposit will not be refunded and becomes the property of the Organizer and Race Management.
  7. The decision of the Race Jury Board is final and cannot be contested.
R. GENERAL PROVISIONS
  1. These Terms and Conditions (and all documents referred to herein) constitute the entire agreement and understanding between the parties and supersede any prior agreements between the parties relating to the Event.
  2. Participants understand, acknowledge, and agree that by submitting the Registration Form (and the documents referred to therein), they do not rely on, and no relationship, representation, warranty, understanding, promise, or guarantee (whether negligent or unintentional) from any person (whether related to these Terms or not) is created, except as expressly set out in these Terms.
  3. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed as creating a partnership between the parties or as designating one party as the agent of the other for any purpose, and neither party has the authority or power to bind or contract on behalf of the other in any way or for any purpose.
  4. The Organizer and Race Management shall not be held liable or responsible if the Event is disrupted or cannot be held due to events beyond their control (whether arising from natural causes, human actions, or otherwise), including but not limited to:
    4.1. Natural disasters; earthquakes, storms, floods, deluges, outbreaks of dangerous diseases, etc.
    4.2. Major fires, acts of vandalism/sabotage, large-scale demonstrations, riots, strikes, terrorism, civil disturbances, war or warlike conditions, and political unrest.
    4.3. Changes in applicable regulations.
  5. This release of claims applies automatically, as each Participant is required to read carefully and is deemed to have understood, complied with, and adhered to the Regulations. Affirmation of compliance with the Terms and Conditions may be made in writing if deemed necessary on a special form provided by the Organizer and Race Management, either online or at the Race Pack Collection location.
  6. To the extent permitted by law, all provisions herein shall be severable, and no provision shall be affected by the invalidity or unenforceability of any other provision, with the remaining provisions, if necessary, amended as required to give effect to these Terms as closely as possible.
  7. These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Indonesian law, and any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indonesian courts.
ADDITINAL RULES
  1. Participants are required to provide valid health data as requested.
  2. Participants must wear the official bib number.
  3. Participants must run in only one category as selected during registration.
  4. Participants must comply with the provisions set by the Organizer and Race Management during the event.
  5. All participants will receive event insurance in accordance with applicable provisions, provided that they have completed their personal data accurately during registration.
  6. Participants must complete and return the waiver letter to the Organizer and Race Management.
  7. All individuals involved in this event, including Participants, are prohibited from smoking or using electronic cigarettes (vaping) until the Cut-Off Time.
  8. All individuals involved in this event are expected to maintain cleanliness and not litter.
  9. The race organizer provides a baggage drop facility accessible to Participants starting at 14:00 WIB. The baggage drop will close one hour after the official end of the event.
  10. Participants are not allowed to deposit large items or luggage/suitcases/backpacks that cannot fit into the transparent plastic bags provided.
  11. Participants should not deposit valuable or dangerous items.
  12. A prayer room (musala) is available at the event location, equipped with ablution facilities and prayer equipment.
  13. Participants are prohibited from bringing strollers, using wheeled aids of any kind, except for Participants with Special Abilities (IBK) who have obtained special permission from the Race Director, or bringing pets during the race.
  14. Participants are advised not to wear headphones or ear coverings during the race. If they choose to do so, it is recommended to use headphones or ear coverings that do not isolate surrounding sounds, allowing Participants to remain aware of their surroundings.
  15. The Race Organizer provides medical teams stationed at the start and finish lines, as well as Aid Stations along the course near Water Stations, and mobile medical teams. Additional medical support will be provided by involving the Running Doctors Team.
